Application should be turned in at least two weeks prior to date of dedication

Non-members will be assessed a $25.00 administrative fee

which should be paid prior to the date of dedication

Please upload a photo of your baby if you wish to have his/her picture on the

Dedication Certificate. The photo will be returned with the certificate.

Baby Dedication Service is done on the 4th Sunday of each month.

to confirm your baby’s dedication date and to arrange for payment of fee.
